Three Stone Bridge High School male students in Ashburn Virginia are fighting sexual harassment accusations after they questioned why a female student was in the locker room.
Loudoun County Public Schools launched a formal investigation after a transgender female recorded the male students expressing their confusion and discomfort about her presence in the changing room. The investigation was prompted by a Title IX report filed by the female student last month.
Founding Freedoms Law Center Attorney Josh Hetzler who represents the male student said that no investigation is warranted.
Hetzler, a reporter for Restoration News, said that the boys only asked questions they would have asked if they were in the same situation.
Hetzler said that the video showed one boy asking why there was a girl in the locker room and another saying: “I am uncomfortable.” He added that the comments were not directed at a female classmate, but rather at each other.
He noted that the comments made by the boys were not directed at their female classmate, but rather towards each other. He said that the female student recorded the boys in the school bathroom, locker room, changing area, and clinic without the consent of the boys. This was in violation school policy which prohibits audio and video recording and photography in these areas.
Hetzler confirmed that at least one parent of the boys has complained about this violation of policy. Hetzler, who said that the investigation into the speech of his clients is “very worrying,” has not yet confirmed if the school division would investigate the issue.
We’ll assert that right in any venue where we can.”
Virginia’s Republican Governor, Glenn Youngkin echoed this concern when he announced an investigation into Loudoun County’s response to the event.
“It is deeply disturbing to read about yet another incident where members of opposite sexe violate the privacy of students inside locker rooms,” said Gov. Glenn Youngkin made the following statement in a press release on May 6.
This is shocking. “Even worse, it’s the victims who are being investigated. It’s beyond belief.” I have asked Attorney General Jason Miyares, to investigate the situation immediately in order to protect every student’s dignity, privacy and safety.
The rights of parents are non-negotiable.
The reports about yet another incident where students of the opposite gender violated the privacy of their classmates in locker rooms in Loudoun County are deeply disturbing. This is even more alarming because the victims are students.

In 2023, Youngkin’s administration will issue guidelines requiring that students use bathrooms and lockers that correspond to their biological sex.
Hetzler stated that Loudoun County violated these guidelines as well as President Donald Trump’s Executive Order dismantling the gender ideology extremism within the federal government.
Hetzler stated that Loudoun County was defying the law but also defying common sense and biological reality. “They must end the policy that allows boys and girls to use opposite-sex bathrooms and locker rooms, and protect all students’ privacy.”
