As well as Democratic figures such as Senate Majority Leader Scott Surovell and Senate Appropriations Chair Louise Lucas.
The utility has also contributed to Protect Our Progress PAC and Leaders for an Equitable Tomorrow PAC in amounts reaching into the hundreds of thousands. Federal records indicate Dominion Energy PAC provided contributions to candidates including Morgan Griffith, Jen Kiggans, and Rob Wittman on the Republican side, alongside Democratic recipients such as Gerry Connolly and Bobby Scott.
These contributions occur amid Dominion Energy’s broader involvement in state political activities, with total Virginia donations reported in the millions for the current election period. The company’s political participation follows its established policies for oversight of such activities.
