Fairfax County in Virginia is currently the scene of a major story. A social worker for the school system allegedly arranged an abortion on a 17-year old girl without her legal guardian’s knowledge or consent. Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin told Virginia State Police that they should conduct a criminal inquiry.

Seven Warnings May 2022 to May 2025

1. May 5, 2020 In a meeting, Zenaida Perez claimed that Carolina Diaz had arranged and paid the abortion of a 17-year old girl. Documentation of the meeting on May 13, 2022. Follow-up letter by Perez to Lehman.
2. May 13, 2020 Perez sent Lehman an email to follow up with the details of the alleged abortion. Here is a hyperlink to the email at DocumentCloud. Below is the full text of the email.

November 20, 2022 Meeting with Lehman. Recorded conversation “concerning abortion allegations”. This is the audio of that meeting, with the name and age of the alleged victim removed.

Around this time the alleged victim gave Ms. Perez an official statement regarding the alleged abortion. (Full text is below).

4. Nov. 22. 2022 – Lehman receives a May email.
5. Jan. 16 2025 – Raised concerns to the new principal Erik Healey. Alleged bullying followed. She sent Healey the email she sent to Luke Rosiak, a journalist who was concerned about her (sic),concerns regarding an abortion cover-up in 2022. She claimed to have “hard evidence” that Mr. Lehman covered up an illegal abortion by Carolina Diaz the school Social Worker.
6. March 7, 2020 Perez spoke to Heidi Siegmund, an attorney at McGuireWoods about the allegations of abortion. Below is the full text.
