The Loudoun County Republican Committee recently passed a resolution asking the Governor and the State Board of Elections to conduct an audit of the Virginia registered voter list in order to remove non-citizens from our voter rolls.
Last week, Attorney General Miyares joined a 22-state coalition to urge the US Senate to pass the Save American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act. The act aims to prevent ineligible voters from voting by requiring proof of citizenship when registering to vote.
The US Senate, controlled by democrats, has yet to take action to preserve the cherished right of what it means to be an American citizen.
