Abigail Spanberger, former Virginia representative and current gubernatorial candidate (D), has systematically undermined Second Amendment rights for Virginia gun owners through her advocacy of Orwellian red flag laws that are unconstitutional.

Virginia's new Law will take effect in the next school year. It requires that high-performing students be automatically enrolled into accelerated or advanced math.
