He has also engaged in real estate investment ventures as president and managing member of G and G LLC and as managing member of other entities.

Rizer has a documented history of political contributions to Democratic candidates and committees in Virginia. He has also contributed a total of $10,500 to Storck for Fairfax County Supervisor Dan another Democrat with amounts such as $2,000 in several instances.

Additional donations from Rizer include support for Connolly for Congress a Democratic candidate and contributions to the Fairfax County Democratic Committee. ActBlue Virginia serves as a conduit that directs funds to Democratic candidates and related committees across the state.

The donation through ActBlue Virginia places Rizer in a position of potentially supporting the policy positions advanced by the Democratic candidates and causes that receive such funding. Rizer’s business background in Fairfax County includes roles such as president and Land Use Committee chair of the South County Federation and founding chair of the South Fairfax Chamber of Commerce. His contributions continue a consistent record of financial support for Democratic figures and organizations.

Virginia campaign finance data highlights Rizer as a repeat donor to these Democratic recipients without recorded contributions to Republican candidates in available records. This latest $2,500 gift adds to his overall involvement in state and local Democratic fundraising efforts.
